Our tailored behaviour support services are designed to meet the unique needs of each individual. Whether working with parents, educators, or healthcare professionals, we collaborate to create proactive, sustainable solutions that empower young people to thrive.
Our Process
1.
Using a variety of sources we assess why behaviours of concern are happening and develop a comprehensive understanding of the child/ young person, for example by conducting in-person visits and interviews with educators and carers.
2.
Using our assessment, we provide proactive and reactive behaviour strategies. We include the child / young person to help identify goals important to them and include these within our strategies. These interventions are often delivered in a multi faceted way through skills teaching, environmental changes and mediator training.
3.
Our support doesn’t end once the initial intervention is complete. Three months after our work together, we check in to ensure everything is still on track and provide further guidance if needed, giving you ongoing confidence in the strategies we’ve developed.
