About Us

Our founder, a holder of a doctorate in psychology, leads our multidisciplinary team with a deep understanding of behavioural and mental health needs. Our team came together while working across local authorities and the NHS, bringing expertise from various professional backgrounds, including social workers, occupational therapists, and speech and language therapists. United by a shared commitment, we strive to provide person-centred support proactively—ensuring individuals receive the help they need before reaching a crisis point. Through collaboration and evidence-based strategies, we work to create inclusive environments where every individual is understood and supported.

I’m Dr. Yoshi Steele, I have over seven years of experience in neurodiversity-affirming practices. My journey into this field was driven by a deep desire to bridge the gap between understanding and support—helping families, educators, and healthcare professionals create truly inclusive environments for neurodivergent individuals.

Throughout my career, I’ve worked with young people aged 2 to 18+, tailoring strategies that recognise both challenges and strengths. I’ve collaborated with families, educators and local authorities. My approach is rooted in the latest research and a strong belief in multidisciplinary collaboration.

Beyond my work, I’m continuously learning—whether through attending international neurodiversity and behaviour conferences, completing specialised training, or engaging with research that expands our understanding of neurodiversity. I believe that behaviour is a form of communication, and by understanding its function, we can create meaningful and lasting change.

Whether you’re a parent, educator, or professional, I hope to provide insights that help you navigate behaviour with greater confidence and compassion. Understanding behaviour isn’t intuitive—it takes time, patience, and the right tools. My goal is to help you build that knowledge, so together, we can create a world where every child feels supported and understood.

Let’s start this journey together.
